Registration
We will be utilizing GotSport online registration process only. Registration must be received NO LATER THAN October 18th, 2023 Please login to your GotSoccer Account to upload your registration materials using the directions below
Click on: "Gotsport login"
You will arrive at your dashboard
Click on "Team Management"
Click on "Registrations"
Click on "CU Fall Finale"
Click on "Registration"
Click on the "Yellow Edit Button"
Click on the "Choose File" for the options of forms that you are required to submit
Click on "Open"
Once uploaded, scroll to the bottom and hit "Save"
Below is the same information as above but provide detailed information for the required documents for Ohio South teams and teams outside of Ohio South:
- All US Youth teams carded outside of Ohio:
1. State Approved Roster for 2023/2024
2. Guest Player Roster approved by your state association
3. Permission to Travel approved by your state association
5. Coach Concussion Forms (must be dated with a completion date no older than October 29, 2021)
- All US Club teams:
1. Approved US Club Roster for 2023/2024
3. Coach Concussion Forms (must be dated with a completion date no older than October 29, 2021)
- All Recreational Teams:
1. Approved Roster from your Rec Organization
2. Guest Player Approval from your Rec Organization
4. Coach Concussion Forms (must be dated with a completion date no older than October 29, 2021)
5. Non-SAY Event form approved by your SAY Organization
