Registration

We will be utilizing GotSport online registration process only. Registration must be received NO LATER THAN Sunday, August 13th. Please login to your GotSport Account to upload your registration materials using the directions below:

  1. Log into your GotSport.com team account.
  2. Click on registered tournaments (CU Bradford Cup)
  3. Click on the registration tab / hit yellow edit button
  4. Upload the required documents based on the list below

Failure to register your team could result in removal from the tournament and forfeit of your application fee.


If you are rostered through Ohio Soccer Association you are required to have the following:

  1. Copy of Roster (validated by your state association)
  2. Guest player form used by your state association (if you have a guest player)

US Club rostered team's are required to have the following:

  1. Copy of Roster (validated by your state association)
  2. Guest player form used by your state association (if you have a guest player)
  3. Copy of Coach Concussion Certificates
  4. Lindsay's Law Form - Lindsay's Law places a new set of requirements on parents/guardians, athletes, and coaches. You will need to view the video below, read the handout, and sign the required form (parents/guardians) in order to compete in this tournament.

If you are a SAY team you are required to have the following:

  1. Copy of Roster (validated by your state association)
  2. Guest player form used by your state association (if you have a guest player)
  3. Non-SAY event form

All US Youth carded teams outside of Ohio Soccer Association are required to have the following:

  1. Copy of Roster (validated by your state association)
  2. Guest player form used by your state association (if you have a guest player)
  3. Teams from outside Ohio South, where the tournament is located, must provide proof of permission to travel. 
  4. International teams will need to provide travel insurance policy.
  5. Copies of coaches concussion training certificates
